After nearly 20 years with one set up I decided it was time to upgrade. I have now paid two visits to Bartletts HiFi and although I don't usually make postings like this really want to share with others the great service and unhurried attention they give to potential and actual buyers. All the staff I met were great and Joel spent time demonstrating options, listening to my needs and making the whole experience really enjoyable. You simply don't get this kind of expert and thoughtful service from the big chains. Independent shops like this give us a great service and deserve our support.

I recently bought audio equipment here. Staff took the time to get to know what I was looking for and how to suit my budget then spent a couple of hours testing the options with me. They even called up afterwards to see how the set up went. If you are looking for excellent advice and customer service from people who really love their music - look no further.
