This place is one of the best place to fix your Mobile phones and any electronic products . They are very cheap compared to any other places in london also very quick. The service is excellent.
Whenever you are there, please speak to Abiola. He is the manager and honest man. I dont know why some people try to put bad reviews for no reasons beacaue to tell you the truth i have been going to this store for a while and I never walked out without being a satisfied customer.

Very rude and not that good in fixing things, always has something to say to put you down whatever you may ask, no skill in dealing with people at all, avoid if you can

Awful, rude, unskilled. The guy that runs this shop is strange because he seems to hate customers, like they're a pure inconvenience to him (I witnessed this with 3 customers across multiple visits).

I took my phone to this shop to get the battery replaced, was asked to pay in cash and was given no receipt. When I got the phone back the screen kept blacking out and within a few hours wouldn't come on at all.
The shop owner took no responsibility for it. When I asked about guaranteeing his work he said 'You wanted a new battery and the battery is working - the screen has nothing to do with me'.

When I took it to iSmash in Westfield they said he had put too much pressure on the screen when putting it back on after changing the battery and had broken the panel.

The screen repair ended up costing me an extra £90 (on top of the £30 I'd already spent for the battery replacement). Painful. And no remorse from BTL-Tech at all.
