It would be nice if this business returned items belonging to a customer in less than 6 weeks. yes really. Also best not to promise to send/deliver to a customer as held for weeks then fail to do so and force an invalid to travel to pick it up. appalling. recommend trying to be nice and fair to paying customers if at all possible.
