The customer service at Quest was great as the receptionist was nice and friendly. The engineers gave me a call within one hour and gave me a quote on my repair. The company are prompt upon there deadlines which they gave me for my repair. Most importantly their location is ideal for myself

These boys helped me sort out a problem which PC World messed me around with for 2 years. PC World brought me back and forth, didnt even keep their side of the agreement to sort out the problem or supply me with a new laptop. They kept on bringing it back broken. I gave my laptop to the boys Roberto and Lorenzo, and within a couple of days told me without charge what the problem is. I gave them the go ahead and when they fixed it, perfectly new, with all upgrades and protection, and at reasonable price. Wouldn't change them for the world!!! Thanks boys - Maria-Nicolette
