I have been to this place to by a laptop I bought one and payed for it entirely only to find out that the laptop is out of stock and that I have to wait for a week for it to arrive! after 15 days of no contact i went there only to find out that they still do not have the laptop and that they do not know when it will come. the very rude and disrespectful staff claimed that this is my problem and that they can offer only two solution to my problem!! (as if I have sold something that I did not have!!) either a refund or buy something else !!! I was really angry and the only reply was we apologize!!! I asked for their manager to come, a very rude man came looking rudely in to my eyes and telling me since you are angry and arguing with us about this the only option we have for you is refund!! I asked for their name so that I call to the central customer service of Pc world about this behavior and to my astonishment the guy hided his name (I think he was not the manager and was only pretending to be) I don't suggest anyone buying your electronic stuff from there. There is no guarantee for anything there and the staff are really bad and rude

I was intending to buy three expensive keyboards, a hoover, a fridge and some printer cartridges. After half an hour of trying to get the staff to answer my questions and being told they were too busy, I gave up and went home. The queues for the tills were also about half an hour long.

The only reason to go and buy such items in person rather than online is so that you can have the item straight away; this store doesn't provide any such convenience. I'd recommend going somewhere else if you need an item quickly.
