The most helpful, caring, LISTENING, professional team around. They will bend over backwards to help you, their products are first class and I will never go anywhere else for a bed. The delivery team are polite, professional gentlemen who know exactly what they’re doing. I’d just had carpets fitted so they were caring enough to bring a blanket with them to cover the carpet when they delivered the bed. As for the bed - superb quality. Vic is a true gentleman and Joy will pull out every stop to make sure you are dealt with promptly and courteously. I cannot recommend these guys enough. The best.

Fed up with my old bed so decided to bite the bullet and get a new one. I didn't realise how complicated it could be, so I did a bit of checking and heard a lot of good things about Vic Smith and his beds. Well its true proper impartial advice as they are not tied to one manufacturer and they know what they are talking about. Anyway I've had my new bed just over a week now and I haven't slept this well for years. The service from shop floor to the delivery team are first class, hard to believe I'm sleeping so well should have bought a long time ago. Definitely recommend this company
