Reading the reviews on here I'm a little baffled. Yes they have a decent sellection of beds etc. but the service is appalling. Found the salesperson rude and pushy (it's a bed so I'm not going to just take the first and most expensive one shown) and the delivery was delayed TWICE. The only reason that I bought from them was because I did find something I liked and was willing to overlook the guys attitude. I can only think that standards must have dropped recently which is a shame given the lack of independant stores these days. Ways to improve: change your staff.

Needed a new mattress and had been to 3 other well known large chain bed stores in the area. Saw this shop across the road after a disappointing trip to one and popped over on the off-chance. 3rd mattress I tried was so comfy and the best I had tried all day. Was hand trimmed, wool, had more springs, no roll and a firm edge (had nearly rolled off one in a shop which was twice the price over the road!) The gentleman who served me left us alone as we made our way round the shop (a nice change!) and was so helpful. The mattress was in stock and half the price I was expecting to pay and they are due to deliver this Saturday morning (free delivery, 2 men and happy to put on bed for me.... unlike other shops where I would of had to wait 4 weeks and pay for an extra man!). Will be back as need a single mattress in the next few months and a sofa bed. Lovely little shop and best service ever.

This shop is excellent. I have been buying from them for a couple of years. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase. The prices are competitive and the bed/mattress you require is usually in stock and you can get it delivered and assembled the same day! Why go anywhere else.

I purchased a pine bunkbed recently from this store and found the experience really pleasant. The staff in the store were friendly and helpful, the quality of the bed was excellent and the price was very good when compared with other bed stores. The bed was delivered the next day and assembled professionally, they even removed my old bed bases and all the packaging at my request. I would certainly recommend this store to anyone if they want to purchase good quality beds that are good value for money.

We have bought 2 beds including mattresses, drawers and wardrobe from here, all great quality and at much better prices than the big suppliers. Service and delivery were all good. Furniture has stood up well to being dismantled and refitted together after house move. Even though no longer live close by I would consider returning to buy future items as quality, service and price all very good.

Excellent local supplier, highly responsive, very friendly, very good prices. Although the bed hasn't been delivered yet, I am very confident it will come when we expect. It's great to find a flexible, helpful local supplier rather than a national, faceless warehouse!
