After being let down by another carpet shop, I was in urgent need to get carpet fitted. Tony was very helpful in explaining the quality of carpet and pricing. He came to my home he next day to take measurements. He arranged a convenient time for me to have the carpet fitted which I appreciated. The fitters were lovely guys they came on time even though it had snowed for the last 24 hours. They did a tremendous job, I couldn't be more happy. First class service. A*

After shopping around, HTE Braggins was the only shop I found where the staff were willing to honestly talk me through the pro's and con's of more and less expensive options for carpet, underlay and wood flooring. They were prompt, efficient, good value and friendly.

I contacted Tony (I think he is the owner) he was most helpful, he came out the same day and took measurements, left a sample book so I could discuss with my girlfriend. Due to our circumstances we then left the job on hold for a few months, when we decided it was time we needed it done quite urgently. When I was ready I called Tony, he arranged the job to be done quickly, over 2 days (the floor needed to be evened out and the next day the 2 guys came back to fit the vinyl. Outstanding and the charge turned out to be £30 less than orginally quoted. Nice guy, great staff, couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended!
