rude condescending customer service. I expect experts in their field to not supply me with the wrong materials. After stating exactly what i wanted i was then delivered the wrong parts for the job, upon returning the goods, was charged 30% handling fee for THEIR MISTAKE. Unprofessional and RUDE!!!
