I visited toolstation purley because i needed some items , as i was working the next day on a building site . A gentleman called Micah was very helpful in the purley store . I felt he must of been a supervisor or manager , as he was very knowledgeable polite and understanding of my predicament. Micah got the items i required for my work .
Was prompt and helpful , very professional service he gave myself . I would recommend if Micah is not a supervisor at least . I would promote this guy myself as he went above and beyond of retail expectations of customer service. Thankyou micah i was very pleased and was able to do my job with upmost efficiency because of you .
