I had a concern about some potential wood rot on an antique and visited the centre this morning. Colm was immediately helpful, kind and reassuring, and it’s clear that this is an place staffed by top professionals. In the end no intervention was necessary on my antique but I wouldn’t hesitate to go back in the future.
