Helpful and knowledgeable, wide variety of plants, pots, fetilizers, books, compost etc. Also very approachable if you are new to the gardening/plant-keeping world, which I am.

If you are looking for quality, variety and excellent advice from extremely knowledgable staff, this is the place for you. Their delivery staff are contientious and polite. The only reason I give them a 9 instead of a 10 is that sometimes during busy periods, they could use more staff.
