I have lived in Battersea for 20 years; renovated two properties the last of which was a large four bedroom house on Fontarabia Road which realised the highest price of just under £1m ever recorded for the road and indeed area. I am currently renovating a 3 bed apt in Camberwell and a 3 bed house on Chasefield Road. My tenants, buyers and I have high standards and expect service. In all my years in dealing with Kingseal and its employees, they have been speedy, accommodating and produced high quality glass from oval mirrors, clock glass fronts to windows and doors. I highly recommend .

This company is not to be recommended! Avoid it at all costs. They are extremely rude and arrogant to customers and totally unhelpful. I required a small piece of glass to go on a table top. I went into the shop and although many staff could see me stood at the reception area i was just ignored and kept waiting for ten minuets.
When someone did finally decided to come and serve i asked for my piece of glass but because i wanted it clear and not with a green tinge was told that it would have to be ordered. What sort of glass company does not keep clear glass in stock!
My name and tel no. was put in a book because he could not give me a price which should have been kept in the computer anyway,
I waited all day and was not contacted, obviously they could not be bothered as it would only have cost about £25 and i suppose it was a small order. But that does not give them the right to ignore and treat customers and be selective in this way. I had also enquired on a previous occasion and was ignored with no further contact or follow up, after agreeing to do so.
I have since found a much better glass cutters in peckham who are very polite and helpful so i strongly suggest that you use them, as they supplied me with exactly what i wanted from stock and cut within five mins perfectly. Please do not use this dreadful company look elsewhere.
