Absolutely useless, I have called several times to rectify the problem which is under warranty.
All I hear is excuses.

Not the greatest company to deal with.

requests are ignored and customer service is virtually non existent.

It took weeks for window installation and again I suffered issues afterwards, that they do not care to rectify after numerous calls.

Terrible customer service. Like the previous reviewer, I phoned and texted repeatedly and sent letters. They always said they’d contact the manufacturer and call me back. They didn’t. After 19 days they told me that my order hadn’t been processed, that it was the manufacturer’s fault. They gave me a full refund and apologised. The reason they’d ignored me for so long was a family wedding, Diwali and a new grandson! I hope they realise that they’ve also lost other business- neighbours and friends and the builders who were working on my house. I’ve just realised that my previous review was not posted. I submitted it the day before they finally contacted me!

Only gave 1 star because I couldn’t submit the review without it. Right now I don’t think they deserve any.
I paid £1000 deposit 15 days ago for windows they said would be ready in 10 days. I was told they’d phone me halfway through the manufacturing process. They haven’t. I’t’s now day 15. I’ve phoned over 30 times, had 4 replies, each with a promise to ring me back. No one has. I’ve emailed several times , visited the premises and sent a letter. No response. They won’t tell when, or if, the windows will be installed. The window samples looked lovely. The customer service is derisory. This isn’t an ongoing dispute. A dispute takes 2 sides. The windows in our house were recently changed by that company. It took us more than a month to make them come in and change the windows. At the end they made a mistake and in one of the bedrooms they put a bathroom glass (one that you cannot see anything through). They said they'll come and change it soon. Well, now nearly 2 months passed and they still haven't come to change it. On top of everything, they English is not good and they lie all the time they'll give you a call and they don't. Simply - unprofessional.
