Tiger

As a regular customer who lives locally I've been twice in the past 48 hours and been disappointed with two male members of staff's attitude.Normally the staff are polite,friendly and efficient.I go to France quite regularly and 9 times out of 10 the staff welcome the customers with a [obviously in French!] Hello, a please and a thank you. I' noticed the two gentlemen behind the till made no effort to utter any of these words whilst I purchased my goods.I was always impressed by Tiger staff's attitude towards their customers and hope this is not a sign of things to come,where some staff give the impression that they are doing you a favour by just being there.Perhaps some training in Customer Relations would be useful.
