I have been waiting for chairs from this company for over 3 months, they do not answer the phone or reply to emails, really wish I ordered from another company.

Ordered a chaise longue on the website and paid. Told 2 weeks later that it was not available. It was still on the website. It was still being advertised. Asked for a refund. Refunded over a week later and will not get the money (over £750) for up to 14 days further.
Company is still advertising the unavailable furniture.
Absolute disgrace.
