I have used amrad for several years now for all my plumbing and heating needs, i find they are a very helpful and genuine people, nothing is to trival to attend to,very competitive on their prices, spares for older boilers are normally obtained by the following day, i used to use several suppliers now i only need the one, a big thanks to all the lads at Amrad, all the best ginge.

I agree with the other comment made. Jack really knows his stuff when it comes to the bathrooms they have there. There's two parts to this business, one called Amrad ltd, the other part which is connected to them is Bathroom Image. So my review is actually for the Bathroom Image side of things as I've had no dealing with the Plumbing and Heating side of their business.

I live locally in Longwood gardens, Ilford and I always see their shop is busy. They've got some great displays on their bathrooms split over two floors. Suites from the likes of Roca, Vitra, Ideal Standard. However it's the R.A.K ceramics we decided to go for. They also pointed me in the right direction for someone to install our bathroom. His name was James and I can't thank him enough for all the hard work he put in.

Overall, a good experiance. All the items I'd ordered turned up on time, Jack actually brought them personally. I think he must be the owner with the way he treats his customers.

Amrad Ltd were really friendly and provided us with a few alternatives when we were looking to replace a rather dated looking 70's bathroom. During our frequent visits we were always offered a cup of coffee which actually amazed me becuase you don't ususally get this level of service with giant DIY stores. One chap particularly stood out to be very knowledgeable, I think his name is Jack. He was able to find a more or less exact copy of a W.C but it was more or less half the price! I'd reccomend Amrad to anyone looking for a new bathroom.
