After walking out of another local frame shop in Kilburn because the staff were rude and annoying, I came to Thou Art... instead, and found the exact opposite. I was served by a polite and enthusiastic man (not bald so presumably not the one mentioned in the other review) who was keen to help with advice. My frame was ready earlier than I was told it would be, and I was satisfied with the results. I'll come back here again if I need another one.
