We've just had a high efficiency gas fire fitted by Firecraft. I feel very satisfied indeed with the service, advice and recommendations that they've given us, and they fitted the fire beautifully. Friendly, punctual, you feel that you are in safe hands. Many thanks! And it's warm now!

We have not actually bought anything from Firecraft but phoned them for advice when installing our potbelly stove. Their knowledge and willingness to share it is amazing. We were given wonderful advice even down to what substance to use as a register plate and what to use to join the stove to a flue liner. Cannot rate them highly enough!
