Thames Fireplace

I had a fireplace put in recently which was all fine but when i phoned for some accessories the guy was so rude on the phone i will never use this company again very poor

Thames fireplaces fitted two fireplaces for us. The advice given in store was excellent the range offered impressevive. The fitter was prompt and friendly and did an excellent job. Competitively priced I would heartily recommend them.

I was so impressed with the service I received from start to finish. When I went into the shop I had no idea what I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised that I wasnt shown the most expensive options first off as I was totally clueless. I originally was given a quote for a package deal but on reflection we chose a slightly more expensive one. The fireplace was fitted in a morning, no mess, the chimney sweep was arranged by Thames Fireplace. I am absolutely delighted with the end product.
I would highly recommend this firm.
