We bought a sisal carpet for our living room. Liam was a big help in selecting the carpet. He listened and recommended just what was needed. Installation went smoothly on the date promised. The entire process was a positive experience. We will definitely be back for future projects.

The estimate was provided quickly and the work scheduled as we asked. Good value and wide choice for wool carpets. Would use them again. In fact, we are return customers since 1999.

We made an appointment for the manager to come and measure up for a quote at 10am on 11/7/17. He turned up an hour late but hadn't contacted us to let us know. He said he would send the quote the following day but a week later we hadn't received it. My colleague arranged an appointment at the shop for 2pm on 19/7/17. The manager wasn't there but the shop assistant said he would be back "any minute" as he was out estimating. She said she had to pop out for 5 minutes and put a sign on the shop door to this effect and closed the shop. We waited outside for almost an hour but neither the manager or shop assistant appeared. How to lose customers ....

The owner is a professional. For a young guy, I was impressed on how much he knew and immediately hired him for the job. They re-did our living room, dining room, stairs and upstairs hallway - all in 4 days! Also gave us a great deal on baseboards which was awesome!

The person who ran the shop a while back was fine, but the flooring we had done throughout our flat was done very sloppily. There were gaps left that since have become worse. We were told that the loud cracking and noise (uneven flooring) underfoot would go away & that the floor just needed to "settle". It never did and since we've learned that they didn't lay it out properly. There are large gaps between one room and the next as well. Poor work indeed.

The product is excellent, the installers were awful, after sales care is non-existent. Installers left huge messes, large gapes in sloppy installation,considerably damaged my staircase. Contacted management and I was told that damage is to be expected in these jobs and that I agreed to that when I signed on with them. Won't even come to site to examine how poorly the install was, and I live 5 blocks from the store. DO NOT use this company unless you don't care about after sales service, and damage to your property.
