Do not use this company under any circumstances.

Despite a site visit to measure an all but square room, they over-ordered wood flooring to the the value of £7,000.

Despite many calls, emails and repeated chasing, they have made no offer to remedy a clear mistake on their part. The pile of wood remains unused in the middle of the room. Inept and slippery. Stay away.

Had some faulty boards, that started to lift after 4 weeks, Turgon admited it was a fault with the board, they said they
had to get a replacement sent to them, this took over 4 weeks and virtually no contact from them as to when it would arrive
or when it would be fixed. Repeated phone calls by us got us no where, as they werre always busy!!

We recently had our beautiful floors installed by Turgon. We are extremely pleased with the whole service from start to finish. Our enquiry by phone was handled very professionally and the chap was very helpful and knowledgeable. They came to our home the next day to measure up and in particular they paid attention to finishing details and subfloors. We received the written quotation couple of days later. After we placed an order we were contacted on 4 occasions by customer services and we were kept informed at all times. The fitters arrived on time as promised and they were very professional and helpful. They finished our flooring in one day and stayed till 7pm to get the job done. They even vacuumed before they left. On the whole we were very pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend.

Great looking floors available but service has been appalling. Dozens of phonecalls and months to replace faulty boards which now do not match.
