Love Love Love my beautiful kitchen. Thanks you Roundhouse Design. You listened to my requests and kept to my tight schedule. The quality of your work was exceptional. Your fitters were hard working and very friendly even refusing to take a break when offered a cup of tea. The kitchen itself is top shelf and my missus loves all the detailed work. She is now looking forward to meeting your kitchen coach.

We had a very large kitchen fitted which has completely transformed the space with a large central island. The quality has been excellent and Roundhouse have always been happy to come and fix little details and provide advice. Truthfully, great design service and after care service beyond installation. The full white wall to floor hanging cupboards were an unusual size for them and are incredible. Plan to buy again.

This was the worst buying experience we have ever had. You pay for the kitchen up front & once paid they will not respond to your emails, reply to your voicemails or take your calls. Once they have all your money you will never hear from Roundhouse again. On top of that, delivery dates were missed, incorrect items supplied, the fitters were exceptionally rude and the negligence of this company pushed our project back by two months which is utterly unacceptable. Do not buy from this company if you value customer service, professionalism, efficiency, and a top quality product.

We had a Roundhouse kitchen and we really love it. The service was excellent and the fitters were great, punctual and polite, we've only got compliments really for the whole experience. After a couple of weeks one of the lights didn't work properly - we let them know and they sourced a new one straight away and sent someone round to fit it.

Roundhouse provided an excellent service - taking time to design a kitchen that is exactly right for an unusual space and our family's requirements. It looks great and functions well. Not cheap but amazing quality; and a friendly fitting team who had real attention to detail.

They have rigid terms and conditions where all the onus in on you the customer to pay everything up front. They were late in delivery, customer service pretty appalling and they are very expensive for what you get.
