We visited London Kitchen Shop in Vauxhall after looking around for some time. We were pleasantly surprised by the vast range of kitchens available. The manager Craig attended to us and we finally chose a grey gloss kitchen with Quartz worktops. The price was reasonable even with expensive additions like our Quooker Fusion Tap and top of the range appliances. The service was excellent and our kitchen was fitted on within the agreed timescale. We had a small problem with our worktops, however once we contacted Craig he arranged for someone to visit us and the worktops were changed without any fuss. Everyone who visits our house comments on our kitchen, we would definitely return should we decide to move house in the future.

This shop has good products (I wnet for a Keller Kitchen which was great price for value) but a customer services which need to be greatly improved :
- Do check EVERYTHING 2 or 3 times at each step of the project cause their attention for detail is pretty low => they tempt to have everything wrong at first
- No one there to help when your accounting manager is off the office
So if you are attracted by the low prices you better be ready to be VERY patient with the staff and check EVERYTHING at least 3 or 4 times.
But at the end I got a very nice kitchen for a good price.

I have recently visited the London Kitchen shop and have been attended by a friendly staff who has promised to come with an amazing kitchen quote by certain date. This date got delayed and delayed and till today I have not received anything which is now a while now. Even my call has not been returned. I suggest anyone not to waste time at this place and visit a kitchen company who will deal with your request on a timely and professional matter.

We purchased a kitchen from the London Kitchen Shop/Vauxhall in Oct 2009. We found the staff very friendly designers that come up with some great ideas. Initially we where looking at Magnet/John Lewis but we found we got far more bang for our buck with the Lond Kitchen Shop. We decided to go with our London Kitchen Shop purchase in August of 2009, exepecting delivery in the first week of October.
Our kitchen was delivered on the day outlined by my husband/builders and all items where checked off as they come off the van into my home (I would recomend doing this, as we did notice a small chip in a plinth, which was sent back to the store and replaced within 2 weeks-which didn`t hold the builders up-thank god!).
We have now had our beautiful kitchen in for the past 5 months- it looks fantastic and me and my family are very happy. I sent my mother there in Jan 2010 as she is doing her kitchen-I will post a review on her experiance with the store in due course.

We spent a very considerable amount of money for our kitchen as we liked the design and the company seemed professional. We arranged for the kitchen to be fitted in late July/ early August but they ordered the wrong size for most of the units and we had to wait 6 weeks for them to be redelivered. They still got the wrong sizes and many units had to be sent back again when they arrived in October. Then, after another 6 weeks, they got many wrong again. We think the final units which arrived in March are correct but are waiting for them to be installed because the fitter sub-contracted through London Kitchens (who is good and could most easily finish the job) has obviously moved on to other work. It is now May.
We received no compensation. The London Kitchen Comapny take all money before they will deliver the kitchen units.
The seals around the sink and splash back are also a problem and are already damaged but we will just have to put up with it.

I am sorry that you had such a bad experience, whilst I can only apologise for the delays and errors I can assure future customers that we have several good installations teams and an installations manger with nearly 30 years kitchen experience to survey the property and ensure what gets ordered will fit in the room,
