Sheen Kitchen Design

It's started off very well-good design and seemingly competent designers. Unfortunately the kitchen arrived with wrong door sizes, missing appliances, missing lights-all of which took 2 months to be rectified...Not very happy at all.

I had Manthiar design my kitchen 2 months ago, its recently been fitted and looks amazing! I was hot on budget but Manthiar advised me exactly what to do to get costs down, so I was happy with the budget, and now very happy with my new shiny kitchen!! Thank you Sheen Kitchen Design!

This kitchen company exceeded all our expectations and more!! People have different experiences with each company but some of the comments are just silly, they are far from incompetent, in fact, without them, the kitchen I had previously from a 'so called' upper class kitchen company, would have been a disaster!! 5 stars given every time, pleasant, enthusiastic people, and always happy to help with after sales when Ive needed it, Sally Harris is an excellent designer and I would recommend her every time.

I have just been reading these reviews and am t0tally surprised by the negative ones. We used Sheen Kitchens 18 months ago and found them and their designers and fitters totally professional and delighful to work with. We are thrilled with the magnificent kitchen they designed and installed and were surprised and delighted with the reasonable cost for a designer kitchen. I would most certainly use them again and recommend them highly.

Stay away from this little outfit - It took 3 months to get their act together and even now that the kicthen is installed I am having to employ another kitchen company to rectify their mistakes and units that are already falling apart!

Although I was born in Bushy (London), I live in Belgium.
I was in London during the sales. When I pasted “Sheen Kitchen Design” on Upper Richmond Road,I saw a beautiful “Franke” kitchen tap in the window, on nearly half the normal price.
I did bought the tap and in my hurry I forgot to asked about the guarantee documents.
When I was back at my place I installed the tap in my kitchen. Unfortunaly, it was dripping when both valves where closed.
So I sent a e-mail to “Sheen kitchen design”. I did included a photograph of the tap. I mentioned, being an engineer, I could repair the tap myself, if I had the right spare parts.
They contacted the manufacturer and without any problem the shop sent me the spare parts I needed to repair the tap.
This all happened without any payment from my part.
This is worthwhile mention it on this website, because this is a nice example of good after sales service.
I will sent this letter also to “Testaankoop” a consumer magazine in Belgium.

I think this kitchen company is only worth one star for after sales service, but I've given them a rating of 2 stars as they deserve some recognition for design. As for anything else there is nothing to comment on - I would warn anbody from using them and would keep them away from your kitchen.

No ranting - never again will I use this firm. As a property developer I have never come across such an amateur bunch of kitchen designers.

Our kitchen was fitted in March and both Sheen Kitchens and their fitter handled the job very professionally. We are delighted with the kitchen and I would recommend them to others.

I don't understand the last comment made, this company designed and fitted my kitchen for me and I couldn't be happier. A really professional service and it looks amazing...

I would not recommend this firm - any competent kicthen fitter could achieve the same results cheaper and with more pleasurable people.

Never again will I pay a fortune for a kitchen from a specialist shop (so called)! The antique white kitchen is two shades of white, some bright white and others antique, but was meant to be the same throughout. Our request for all the mismatched parts to be replaced so the kitchen was the same colour throughout was rejected and only two of the most obvious mismatched doors and one panel were replaced. We paid before the kitchen was installed (mistake) so had no leverage and did not receive the service expected from a specialist shop. I cannot recommend this shop.
