Quantum Fitted Furniture

Unfortunately my experience mirrors that of others here. Design phase was promising but as soon as I paid the deposit the next phase of service was appalling and their organisation a shambles. Communication was very poor, a number of parts were not delivered until 2 months after the original delivery date and some parts were delivered with the wrong specification. Most disappointing of all, not once did I hear the word 'sorry'. Cannot recommend!

My kitchen has just been finished and I love it. The design team were great and had really practicable ideas making the whole process easy. Also was fitted to a very high standard.

Having paid the total amount on 7/3/2012 we are still awaiting delivery and installation completion 3/5/2012.Creatively very good
but delivery and installation very poor.

I think the organisation as a whole is good and the designs great. However, the execution is not so great and a lot of promises without back-up. If i were to use them again i would hold on to some deposit rather than the forced pay all upfront. Won't fall for that again!
