Appalling customer service. After 24hrs the Lvt flooring bubbled and could be peeled off by hand, but they continued to lay 2 more rooms! They also lifted.
1 to 1 refused to accept any responsibility.
Thankfully the legal team at Which? and American Express agreed with us and awarded us a full refund

Recently purchased Amtico flooring and a carpet and we are extremely happy with both the process (selection of materials, finishes etc.) and the products. We have just had a beautiful Ted Todd wood floor laid and it looks fantastic! We chose husk which is a lovely dark brown. Many thanks to Jenny in the office and Tony for the site visit and Alan and the team for the laying of the floor whilst managing to be very tidy and keeping us relatively dust free - always a bonus! We were kept informed every step of the way and they were finished earlier than expected no doubt due to their long days. Very happy to recommend 1 to 1 flooring in Barnet.

Great experience with 121 flooring. Jenny in the showroom was incredibly helpful. Matt and Reese who fitted our Amtico floor were polite, knowledgeable, tidy and hard-working. Nothing was too much trouble, it was a pleasure to have them in our home and we are thrilled with the end result. Highly recommend.

We are so happy with our new Amtico floor, the installation team were fantastic. They were very courteous and understanding when we had to take client calls. My impression from initial contact in the showroom is that they are all reliable, conscientious and friendly.

The estimate that we received was very competitive, compared with others that we obtained. More importantly the advice we were given was very helpful, reassuring and without pressure. The showroom is very well stocked and they were able to order samples for us, to help us decide in the comfort of our home.

The communication was excellent and they were very flexible and accommodating with our schedule. The quality of work was absolutely perfect and we will definitely be recommending to all of our friends.

Business must be good as I received the worst customer service I've ever experienced here. I wonder if this salesperson even likes people at all. He certainly didn't want my money. We were planning a refurbishment later in the year but won't be going anywhere near this shop. His attitude to customers was quite shockingly bad.
