Great shame customer service is poor yet the staff friendly & hepful!
Ordered 12 x garden chairs on line for click & collect.
Only got 10 chairs & 1 of those had been opened, used & damaged & yet their staff obviously thought that was acceptable for collection.
Some basics really in need of attention here.
