as a non driver, a lot of items i wish to purchase are out of stock, as this is the closest DIY store to where I live, I have struggled to carry some heavy items home, as I live around a fifteen minute walk away, (five minutes or less by car or truck, but if i wanted items delivered, a lot of the time the cost of the delivery is far greater than the cost of the items.

Avoid if at all possible - purchased a kitchen and bathroom and 6 weeks later still waiting for bits of stuff that should have been in stock. No customer service - promised a ring back fromt he manager several times but it never materialised. Once they have your money tthey dont care and their customer service department is just as bad.
