Currys PC World Megastore

Been in the store 45min so far and nobody has come near us , we have asked several times and keep getting told in a min.
Management didn’t seem to care.
If it wasn’t for the fact my son has found the lap top we would have gone by now .
We did finally get served .
The whole process was long and unnecessary if they had adequate staffing.
Do not go here on a time schedule or expecting great service
The three stars are for the fact we did get served and did get what we needed in the end.

I would just like to say, I have spent in the last two weeks £4000 with this store, a TV, a fridge freezer and a freezer, I paid to have my TV mounted and installed, when it arrived I was told that the team know how we're not qualified to mount or install, they just left it on the livingroom floor in the box, then the fridge/freezers were due 15/8/2021 we were told that they should arrive between 7.00am and 11.00am they asked that we have all old fridges ready for them to take away, after moving everything out the Cold fridges we got a phone call to inform us that they would now not be delivering today, about £150 worth of food now destroyed, what did currys say, "Sorry, there is nothing they could do"
I would like to say, save your stress from this company because there are better customer services out there, I would not even give them a rating of one star.
The worst in my 65 years of living.
