I was helped extremely well by one slightly older member of staff, who was very knowledgable, the first time I went in. The second time the lady serving me couldn't really explain the benefits of one washing maching versus another.
You do get good prices but where they really let themselves down is in the delivery. I waited all day to get a washing machine delivered. Despite numerous attempts at calling them to find out when the delivery would happen, and waiting at home all day, I finally was told at 6pm the order for the delivery had been cancelled. But not one person called me to tell me this. As it was cancelled I was then told I had to come in the the store in person to get a refund, as they could not deliver on a day that suited me.
All in all completely hopless - my advice avoid currys like the plaque and go the John Lewis where you may pay more but delivery is wonderfully efficient and the staff know their stuff.
