Rudest retailer I've met. I came to ask what should I do with a loptop (as it is meant to be a lenovo service point) and instead of getting any information I was asked 'why are you coming here, just to give me headache?' Before I managed to ask 3 questions the guy asked me to leave. He was deeply unpleasant from the minute i said hello. This is far below a level you would expect.
This comment has an official response:With regards to this customer she brought the laptop from amazon, firstly we are not Lenovo service centre, we give support and advice for Lenovo. But this customer wanted refund from us, when she brought the laptop from amazon and being very demanding that we should resolve here problem. Which is nothing do with us. To make the point clear we are Lenovo partner. Not the refund centre when the purchase is from amazon.
