Staff were pretty disinterested and unfriendly, toilet facilities were disgusting. Glad we didn't eat there. Shisha was fine.

Was looking to a visit here after reading good reviews but on the first visit the shop wasn't even opened an hour after the advertised time.
On the second visit we were disgusted at the lack of service when we stood at the counter waiting while the staff member watched t.v. When he finally decided to acknowledge us he was short, unhelpful and extremely rude.

Great little shisha cafe on crawford street, if your looking to go to somewhere quite and just relax than this is the place to go. Excellent shisha and nice welcoming staff.

We found this place on our last visit to London, its a great place to relax and have a shisha, they have good light meals as well. Highly recommend it.

This is a great place we go there as its near where we study (University of Westminster) we go there for lunch at noon and Shisha in the evening.

This is the best Shisha place in London, I had their grape and mint shisha while my mate tried their chocolate flavour.

Sara Cafe is our favourite Shisha Place, they have the best flavours and use pure Al Fakher.
