Really need to improve on their customer service, took up to 20 mins to come and take our order, and that's not acceptable. All staff seem to be so lazy and disrespectful, always walking around with a moody face especially when talking to customers. Asked the man to pack our cookie dough and he put the ice cream with the cookie dough, making the cookie dough frozen ice cold where was the common sense in that? Also ordered a strawberry mojito which tasted off just seven up with little bits of strawberrys in it. Really need to fix up on their staff and communication.

Desserts are lovely but staff really need to work on customer service. No greetings or thankyous just way too laid back to the point its quite rude.

Customer service needs a drastic change! Staff are too casual and laid back. In addition to this they need to start accepting cards.. C'mon it's the 21st century

Staff need to learn manners when adressing customers at all times. The desserts n shakes are fab just a shame about customer service.
