As usual, the coffee was of the usual high standard - no complaints there at all. Staff are friendly and efficient. However, there is a serious need to keep a check on the toilet facilities. My wife was shopping in Fortnum and Mason just along the road so i popped in for a coffee. (see above) I then decided to use the toilet and was surprised by the state of it. It looked as though it hadn't been touched for quite a while. When my wife arrived, we had another and i decided to use the toilet downstairs. this if anything was worse - 2 x used nappies left on a ledge and starting to smell.
