I have visited St Helen's Deli on numerous occasions, and every time the food has been very nice, however the customer service is absolutely appalling and sometimes bordering on hostile. Which is a real shame as this could have the potential of being a really nice place, but until they train or replace the staff, I would not recommend this establishment.
