The one factor I have noticed over the past couple of years, I have been a regular customer, if I happen to be aware that one of many junior servers, are young foreign ladies, I am struggling via my english speech problems, via them without very good back up of english mangerial/juinor supervisors staff to help us out, and I am left feeling slightly frustrated. Now today, Sunday 20th November just happend to have been extremely busier, an dwhat with the customer talk noise as well, the foriegn young lady had a big problem she couldn't understand me! I t ook it very well at the time, however, I was very frustrated. Just after I set out of the cafe,


It can be a big help that if a person happens to be in tune via me, and also one would need to listen harder, to understand me, these two tricks, would and could be very much appreciated in the future.

The orignal server, happened to file away to do something else, and I didn't have any other till serving supervisor/managerial back up at that juncture, to help me, and the foriegn lady server, out.


I'll monitor for in the near future, and if I need to, I will speak with my senior junior managerial server assitant waitor, t o see what could be done, however I am not looking for route just yet.


This was something I mean tto have filed last time, only it was too late, I co uldn't prepare and then submit the form message.

I have been a regular customer of this outlet, for a couple of years.

The service is excellent, and the staff junors, seniors and management are all very friendly.

Sometimes, I have noticed they do have they work cut out, that I don't mind, and I will always paitently await until my take away is delivered to me, internally whilst awaiting, in restaurant.

i personally prefererd the interior design the old way, i can sypathise,and understand about covid, and safe is off course, paramount, a top issue, in this regard. Gives me the more excercise, walking wise.


Hopefully, long may it continue.
