It was an amazing coffee,never feel a taste like it ever,I even asked about the amazing guy who made my coffee,his name is Fredriko(Italian)what a nice guy.i recommend this store strongly that locates in Baker Street,the store ref:43010555.enjoy ur coffee and thank me later :)

Rudest customer service I think I've ever had!!! I went to this Costa Coffee recently and was in a queue and I noticed a customer who came after me got served first so I politely said to the woman behind the counter that I noticed that the person after me got served before myself. The response I got shocked me, this woman got so defensive and gave me a dirty look and said in an aggressive/defensive tone that she had the customer's sandwich in the grill, I then apologised which should have been the end of it, but she continued being aggressive and said that it takes a long time for the sandwich to heat up in the grill. Again I apologised which in some ways I shouldn't have done and should have stood my ground but didn't want to cause a scene. Won't be going there again!
