After walking around London we needed somewhere that supplied good food at a reasonable cost. We asked a builder, who would obviously not be paying tourist prices on the waterfront, to recommend somewhere. He directed us to Frank's Cafe. We were fortunate to be able to get a seat, a good sign, and had a very enjoyable meal and decent cup of tea for not much more than it had previously cost for two coffees and one cake in the tourist area.
