One of the last authentic greasy spoon caffs remaining in a part of London that is now being overrun by fried chicken emporia. Framed wartime editions of newspapers decorate the walls and there is no surface untinged by formica. Black pudding and bubble & squeak are worth ordering, but beware asking for "double bacon" with your breakfast, as it will result in a portion of eight very salty rashers.
