Great food at an affordable price! The staff are friendly, the service is very fast, I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Piccadilly Circus area looking for a meal with good value for money.
You can choose from 16 different Thai dishes on display, everything looks great so I've had to keep going back to try it all! The cafe has outdoor seating too, and a really nice atmosphere inside.
I really cannot understate how good the value is for a place in central London, I will be returning soon!

This quaint little cafe was a real joy to eat at. The exquisite fusion of asian zest combined and western tang provided a true and authentic dish for my hole family to enjoy. Having eaten there on several occations, I must conclude that Thai West Cafe is easily one of the most convenient and likely the most prominent provider of Asian cuisine in all of Picadilly Circus. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who has a fine taste for Thai dining and enjoys the ambience of what can only be described as the true Asia.
