Beautiful location - they've recently changed the forniture adding lovely soft chairs - but the customers are the worst in north London! Loud and rude. I feel sorry for the staff - now with that new manager they are all lovely!

Service was fine and coffee great but cake and cupcakes were stale. I suggest they have more frequent orders in to improve freshness of produce. This spoilt our afternoon tea.
