Starbucks Coffee

I felt very humiliated! I entered the store at 60-66 Wardour Street (same that I usually go almost everyday), instead of order, first I decided to use the toilet. I noticed that it was locked and than I asked if it was possible to use the toilet for one of the girls. She give me a bad face, said that toilets were just to customers and reacting like it was a favor that she was doing to me, she said in a sarcastic way ...."ok, I will let you use". In my entire life I never had this kind of treatment in a store. I'm very disappointed and surprised that for a company that spend a large amount of money in marketing loose customers because of a really insignificant detail. I think the girl need to change her job, she knows notting about customer service. She should choose another thing to do. It was really a pity, I was using my Starbucks card for more than 1 year! I'm very disappointed.
