As a new customer, they tend to treat you ok very welcoming, but once they get to know you, they become disinterested in your order, and can come across as rather arrogant. However, this does not happen when Leigh is around, the attitudes seem to surface when staff are left to hold the fort.
The food isgenerally ok, a bit costly, but when it goes wrong, do not expect an apology, as you'll only be met with a grunt and a shrug of shoulders

In the seven years I have been here I have never had acomplaint and was quite taken back on your review the staff are taken on not only on there experience but also on there personalities caffe 43 prides it self on great food we have 5 star hygiene ratings and great customer service..maybe there are two caffe43 and you where in the other one???
