Arches cafe,
I had an amazing full English breakfast. It's a queue, order, sit down, eat and go type of place. But the food is great. The food is cheap. The atmosphere is great. It is a proper London cafe (diner/greasy spoon), doing what it does really really well. You'll find builders and plenty of black cab-drivers there (and they always know the best places to grab some food and a mug of decent tea). Definitely will be visiting again and again.
