Where do I start?
1st off, I provided my phone number on the order for any problems. No one made any attempt to call (All incoming calls are logged).

I ordered Zero Sugar coke and got full sugar coke. (For a diabetic!) So that was effectively wasted.

The Steak Pie turned out to be MINCE pie. Very disappointed.

The pastry tasted like it had been pre cooked, cooled and reheated in a microwave before dispatch. Although the meat was lovely.

The pastry was very bland, didn't look appetising and was very hard in some areas. The chips were very wet with oil. Could have done with a 2nd or third cook to crisp them up.

Sausages had to go into an air fryer to allow for the dripping fat to fall away. The batter was not nice at all. Even after drying out in an air fryer.

Totally missed off the mushy peas.

Biggest waste of time and money I have ever spent. Avoid at all costs. I know I will.

Oh wow what the bugger is going on here? The national British Friday favourite has been ruined! You cannot recognise the ‘whole’ potatoes they serve up, as a chip! Where is the finesse, the pride?
Last months issue was the portion of 8 chips - called and was told ‘next time free’ but they denied when it was ‘next time’.
So... apart from the lazy chip cutting, poor portions and general disregard for people MY PIE WAS STILL FROZEN!

They can treat customers with respect when they complain about being served unacceptably bad food. I was ridiculed and told I was ‘irrelevant’ when my brother’s dish was so badly made it did not resemble the advertised dish at all. Another staff member was openly laughing at us and the manager tried to blame his ‘chubby’ brother for preparing such a poor meal, was patronising and then acted like I was not there when I continued to question why my brother was being treated like a kid. I have never been treated with such contempt as a customer before and this is such a pity as I had had two previously unimpeachably good experiences there.
