The Sandwich Shop

I worked around the corner from this place, and went here at least once a week. Hands down one of my favorite places to eat in London. Their panini lunch specials are a fantastic deal (a sandwich, fruit or bag of chips, and a San Pellegrino for only £5 for takeaway--AND it fills me up to the point where I don't even eat dinner that night). Their omelets are top notch, and the people there are 100x friendlier than the average Brit. Go here, but do try to avoid the lunchtime rush if you're claustrophobic at all.

My company orders from the Sandwich Shop for breakfast every Friday morning. We order 15-20 sandwiches/omelettes and generally at least 10 different varieties.

I cannot believe how well received the Sandwich Shop is to our ridiculous order. Its not an easy one at all.

By far the best shop for sandwiches and light food in the area. Reasonably priced, generous portions, fresh and delicious food. Plus the staff are very polite and courteous. I work nearby and have tried the competition - they simply don't compare!

There is a huge selection to choose from and the sandwiches are delicious. Great place to get some lunch on the go and the staff are friendly.
