Favorite Chicken & Ribs

When ordering my meal I came across a bad review of the place yet I turned a blind eye to it and ordered anyway. Much to my regret I experienced the worst customer service ever! Firstly my order was late and when I called them the sales assistant lied to me and said the expected time was later although I had clear proof it was the time I mentioned. They then called me back to tell me that I'd have to pay delivery charge because they had failed to mention that delivery wasn't free after a three mile radius. Then I found hair in my food which they refused to do anything about. Horrible!

I ordered some food from here over two hours and guess what..? IM STILL WAITING! I'm not impressed!!!
