Brothers Kebab House

I suggest that if you order a delivery you check the contents before handing over the money. Recently I ordered 3 items and one was missing. Before I have ordered a mixed kebab and the chicken doner kebab was clearly not there. On a better note the kebabs when present are tasty hence me returning for more.

I have been a customer for a long time, staff are friendly food is good... delivery is excellent salad is fresh. I have concern abt the quality of the meat in kebab shops but must admit I am very happy to let my childen eat from there and never from any other Kebab house.

I have used this kebab shop since I was a teenager, and it has never disappointed me. In fact it's my favourite in Croydon, and each week , as a treat, I allow myself a chicken shish as my guilty pleasure! The chicken is always breast meat( not the case with other shops in the area charging the same money ) , and is always fresh and marinaded correctly and to my liking. I am also aware that the owners take great pride in ensuring this, which speaks volumes. Being a chilli head, I like a decent chilli sauce, this fits the bill nicely,lovely and hot. The salad is always fresh and crisp, and the service has always been friendly.
I have also had delivery from these guys, always punctual, food always correct.
One slight negative, I collected a takeaway last week, and my mayonnaise was missing from my order. Not a big issue by any means, but worth a mention, I will double check in future.

A very friendly bunch of guys; generally good shish kebabs with all the trimmings. If I place my order over the phone to pick up for collection, I state exactly what it is I would like in the anticipation I’m going to get what I ordered. The last two visits I have been served by the same guy who barely responds to a "hello" he just about grunts; when you ask have you poured chilli sauce over the meat and the response is yes you kind of believe him so I ask again, same response. I arrive home to tuck into my shish kebab to find NO chilli sauce! This has happened to me twice now! He's either a blatant liar or he doesn't understand a word I’m saying. If you want to make sure they've got your order right, don't place your order over the phone, go take a visit and ask what you'd like and watch them do it. Sadly this guy let's down the team when it comes to customer service
