Extremely poor customer experience here. Ordered a cake online a month ahead of my son's birthday. The cake did not arrive. Our guests did not have any birthday cake. It was my son's first birthday. I phoned up to find out where our cake was as it was full be delivered to us but we kept being passed around. Long story short i am awaiting a full refund and i am hurt and embarrassed by my experience. I have given the order number and receipt payment number to someone but no one has contacted us back. They are so happy and quick to take your money but when it comes to getting a refund or confirming delivered on the day they don't know you. Never going back again. Ruimed my son's first birthday party.
